Description:

Offering my apartment for sub-lease during the spring semester since I will be studying abroad. The price is $599 per month. It is located in the Enclave neighborhood (connected with Gainesville Place) between Archer and 35th. It is a very decently sized room for anything you will need. Electricity, water, cable, washing machine and dryer (inside the apartment) are all included in the monthly fee unless you use an excessive amount or water and electricity which has never happened in my apartment. The apartment is furnished with couches in the living room and a coffee table, a dining table, microwave, oven, each room has a desk and a chair, a bed, huge walk-in closet, drawers, etc.The neighborhood includes a pool, a decent gym, a basketball court, and the office offers the use of computers and free black and white printing.There is a small chance that you could have a roommate because the other room will be vacant, however, it is a very small chance but you are welcome to bring your own roommate to take that room. In any case, the office will try to match you with someone of your similar tastes.Pets are welcome as long as you check with the office first and check them in.I've been very happy with my living arrangements for the last few months, it's not loud, I've had all the space I need, and I'm close to stores like Wal-Mart, CVS, Publix, abd assorted restaurants.The buses to go to UF come about every 10 minutes and are only about a 30 second walk from the front door of the apartment. It takes about 15-20 minutes to get to the HUB depending on the traffic but I've never had an issue with a bus running more than 1 or 2 minutes late.I'm sure anyone will certainly enjoy what the place has to offer as I have for the past months! Price is negotiable!
