Looking to do a sublet starting in the summer for the duration of my lease, it is a 1 bedroom with an attached bathroom in a 3br and 3 bathroom apartment. The start of the sublet would be May 18, 2013 and would go through the end date of the lease, August 8, 2013. The apartment is a three bedroom at The Lofts for $500 a month (all utilities, internet, and cable included). I will pay half of Mays rent ($250) and whatever fees The Lofts charge for subleasing. The subleaser would be responsible for the other half of May, the entirety of June, July, and August (which has been prorated by The Lofts to $241). Other two roommates are both male, and are quiet and keep to themselves, one may not even be here in the summer.
