About Us:
- early-mid 20s couple who both work from home
- we have an adorable dog and 2 cats
- calm, relaxed, and drama-free. life should be easy.

About our apartment:
- 1040 sqft spacious 2 floor townhouse, 2br/1.5ba, $1300 rent
- your bedroom is smaller, so you would pay 40% of rent or $520
- 2 dedicated parking spots and we only have 1 car, so 1 is yours
- 4 other units in building, although we are on the end so there is really no noise at all from neighbors. 2 other buildings in complex, everyone is friendly.
- you would pay 1/3 of utilities (half if you're a couple), which include gas/electric and cox preferred internet. expect $30 - $50 per month. we don't have cable tv, you can buy it if you want but we can't afford it.
- all appliances: dishwasher, washer, dryer, fridge, oven/stovetop
- granite countertops!
- fully furnished (except your bedroom of course). kitchen's got anything you'd need to cook, really we are quite well stocked.

About you:
- student or young professional
- most imporant: chill and easy to get along with -- we've had our share of bad roommates
- 4/20 friendly (no cigarettes though)
- respectful of animals -- we love our pets. we keep them well trained as well, so no sneaking them table scraps!
- clean. We've lived with the worst of slobs and it's miserable! We aren't clean-crazy but there's no excuse to leave dishes in the sink when you have a dishwasher!

About the lease:
- our lease runs through August 1st. We probably won't stay in the apartment past then, or maybe we'll extend by a few months. We'll expect you to stay at least until then, however.
- our landlord will want to run a credit check on you
