Description:
I'm going abroad for the summer semester (June-August, dates are flexible) so I have a bedroom available in a 4-bedroom apartment. One of my roommates is also subleasing over the same dates so this could work if you're looking for 2 bedrooms as well. Rent is negotiable. The apartment has a full kitchen with dishwasher and garbage disposal and the bedroom comes fully furnished (bed, desk, chair, and wardrobe. There's also three closets in the apartment if you need more storage space.) It's a great location, just outside of dinky town and only 3 blocks from the U of M campus. All costs are included except for electricity (around $15 a month per person). The building has a fitness center, laundry facilities, tanning beds, and heated parking. You'd be sharing the apartment with two really cool girls but either gender is welcome. Let me know if you have any questions!
