Seeking friendly, clean, responsible, non-smoking female roommate to share a beautiful, spacious two bedroom apartment with myself. The second bedroom will be available November 20th. The bedroom is about 10' 10 x 13' 8. Bring your own bedroom furniture. Fits queen size bed, dresser, and small desk. The entire apartment is carpeted, except for the restrooms and the kitchen. I'm asking $625/month + half utilities , which includes: electric, phone, cable, and wireless internet throughout the house. Verizon Fios: ~ $80/ month w/ HD DVR box (can change). BGE: ~$30-80/month. You'll also have access to the community center's pool in the summer. No security deposit, No pets, and month-to-month. No couples. Occasional overnight visitors are fine, but no live-in boyfriends.As for me, I'm a 25 year old professional African-American female in nursing school. I work full-time during the week; however, I enjoy dining out, attending movies, clubbing, and hanging with friends at least once a week and on the weekends when I'm free. I am a sociable person; however, would prefer no big parties. Small gatherings are fine. As for you, I would like someone who has the same schedule as me. Works or In-School full-time during the day with stable income. Also, someone preferably social as well. Someone who is pretty laid-back. Also, someone who don't minds cleaning up after themselves and alternating cleaning the common areas.
