We're looking for a FEMALE housemate to sublease one of the rooms in our 5 bedroom flat in NOPA. The apartment is located 1 block away from the Panhandle and 3 blocks from all the restaurants and bars on Divisadero.The room is available almost immediately so we'll prefer someone who can start sooner rather than later. Depending on the interest we receive, we will rent the room for $1200-$1300, which is a deal. The apartment is amazing, the room is the best in the apartment, the roommates are awesome, and the location is ideal.About the room:19 ft by 14 ft (largest in the apartment)3 bay windows (best lighting in the apartment)I don't have a picture of the room, but I guarantee you if you like the picture of the kitchen, the room won't disappoint you.
