Hey I'm Van, 21 year old Straight male. Student and Professional. Super clean and tidy. Moving to SF from Santa Barbara soon and want to find a nice place with chill roommates. I am into Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, other Martial Arts, surfing, longboarding, Web Development, Graphic and Multimedia Design, Film Editing, and playing guitar for the past 12 years. im super clean, tidy, and pay rent on time (never had a problem with that and have been living with roommates since I was 18).
