Ocean views from the living room- and literally steps away from the beach. Attractions besides the beach within walking distance include: the Wavehouse, Belmont Park, Mission Bay, and more. Close to the boardwalk. Walking to Pacfiic Beach is only 30 minutes, or less than a 5 minute ride via taxi.Perfect for anyone who enjoys surfing, tanning/relaxing or being close to the beach.You will be living with 2 males in mid 20s.If you are interested you will need to go through a credit check with the property management company and pay a security deposit equal to one month of rent.Utilities range from 20-40 dollars a month (internet, electricity).
