One bedroom apartment - meaning separate bedroom and living - all your own for $1,100!My apartment is located just off Hugh Grant Circle in Parkchester, Bronx - awesome area! It's is just steps from the #6 train (as you can see from pic) and this train also runs express - and Parkchester happens to be an express stop into and out of manhattan (20 mins from the city on express train = 30 minutes otherwise) :) My area has amazing shopping including Starbucks, Macys, game stop, NY & Company...not to mention numerous food and drug stores, banks, hair salons and dental/doctor offices. I am leaving the city January 30 - July or August (You decide) . I need a SERIOUS subletter who will love my apartment as much as I love it. Pet friendly as well! Dogs, cats and birds all live in my building. The super is very friendly and the apartment is nicely renovated and clean. Laundry on premises and good security system. I need someone to take it over for the entire period. It will come fully furnished (couch, 42 inch flat screen, full size bed, kitchen table etc.). Utilities are not included but should only run you an extra 125 per month. I require first month plus deposit (in case of incidentals on my property) but that will of course be returned if everything is order. Inquire for more inside-apartment pics or a tour as I don't want to post too much of my private home on here. Thanks!When I moved in a year ago the kitchen and bathroom were brand new - newly renovated. It isss on the 4th floor of a 5th floor walk up but come on...we all need exercise.
