We just moved into a gorgeous 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house in Richmond Annex, and are looking for our third roommate!The home is situated near Carlson Exit on Highway 80, easy and fast commute for your weekend escape to the Wine Country or Petaluma Outlets! Very close to El Cerrito/ Berkeley ( El Cerrito and El Cerrito Del Norte BART is about 15 minutes walk either way on main street San Pablo Avenue. Point Isabel dog park (and Costco) is nearby (10 minutes by car). Also not forgetting El Cerrito Plaza and everyone's favorite 99 Ranch!! OK and Trader's Joe! What else do you need? The house is perched up a slight hill top, surrounded with lush green front curb appeal, with oak trees and nice front porch. In our living/dining room we have a fireplace, and a nice view of the bay and the Golden Gate Bridge. There is a nice-sized kitchen, outdoor BBQ area, fenced-in medium size yard, quiet neighborhood, lots of storage space/basement/garage. dryer ( getting a washer soon ) and lots of parking either in driveway or street.We are both fortysomething. One male Interior Designer, home-based, and one female TV/web producer. We're looking for 1 roommate, preferably close to our ages ( above 30 ), responsible, low-key, drama free, stable, easy going, male or female and pet-friendly. We are both easy-going, with quiet, mellow personalities, enjoy light entertaining, outdoor, traveling, some cooking and gardening. Furniture wise -- we have a pair of Chinese Antique chairs, table and chairs for dining and a few other pieces (for now).Please love animals! In residence we have 2 very adorable and friendly West Highland Terriers (7 years dad and 4 years daughter), one 2 year-old cuddly orange tabby, and one 12 year-old black-and-white tuxedo. We're at pet-capacity, so no additional creatures, please.The room is available now. The rent is $750 for each room with minimum 6 months lease. At move in, you will be required to pay the first month's rent in advance as well as one month's security deposit ($1,500 total ). Utilities -- electricity, Internet etc. will be divided and shared among us. Please feel free to reply with any questions you may have. We will respond promptly. Thanks for looking!
