Room and own bathroom for rent Now until August 2013 I am looking for someone to take over my lease at the Viridian Apartments in West Village. You will have your own room with a view of the courtyard/ fountain, own bathroom, as well as a walk-in closet. The kitchen has beautiful appliances and an island for lots of cooking space, and the living room is large with high ceilings. There is a washer/ dryer included in the apartment, as well as elevator access and a private balcony. Hardwood floors, carpeted bedroom, floor to ceiling windows for lots of light and air. Also, the apartment is completely furnished so you do not need to bring any furniture, save for bedroom furniture.There is another girl living here- she has her own room and bath. She also has a very sweet cat. Corner unit apartment, second floor, fountain right outsideI would love to have a female take over my lease starting now/January 2013 until July 31, 2013- whereupon you will have the opportunity to renew the lease. I will have the room and bathroom professionally cleaned and prepped for you before you move in. Rent is $986/ month. West Village is 5 minutes away from campus by bike/ 10 mins by walking/ and has three bus stops. It is also 10 mins away by bike from the U-Mall. There is a lap pool, recreational pool, pool tables/ ping pong table/ foose-ball table/ video game area/ movie theatre/ big screen tvs/ study lounges/ outside bbq pits/ sand volleyball court/ fire pit outside with lounge chairs/ a bike path/ mail box/ 24-hour gym with a yoga/ballet/something-related-to-those area with wood floors. There are elevators in the Viridian apartments. Really cool neighbors and roommate (with cat! :) )This is a really cool and fun place to live. Email me if interested.
