Up for rent is a large bedroom with hardwood floors (and big windows on 3 sides to let in the sun) in a 4 bedroom house on the northeast side of downtown Flagstaff. We have a huge front yard with a massive garden and compost. Our street is usually very quiet.You would be moving in with 4 really awesome people who I care deeply about and want to leave in good hands. None of my roommates are students. They work full time and have weekends off, and enjoy having potlucks and going downtown to watch football and celebrating the beautiful weekends in Flagstaff. We have a huge living room, a huge kitchen, and a sun room at the front of the house. Rent is $267 per month and there is no formal lease agreement. You can rent the room on a month to month basis, but we prefer someone who wants to stay until May 2013 at least. Utilities will be split evenly 5 ways and includes wireless internet. There is a required $300 deposit, and the first person to put down the deposit will be guaranteed the room. Move in date is December 1st, 2012. We might be able to arrange an earlier move in date, as early as November 19th and rent would be pro rated for the number of days in November you are here.Also we have two adorable doggies. I do not know how my roommates would feel about more pets, but it's definitely not out of the question if we think you'd be a good fit for the house.
