I am looking to fill a furnished bedroom in my two-story three-bedroom 1 1/2 bathrooms home. One roommate is a female and I am a male. I am in Brookland, which is right on the Red Line and very easy to get around town. I work on the Hill and am pretty easy to get along with, and I keep a clean but not OCD home. The house has a basement, living room, dining room, nice-sized kitchen, back deck, fenced-in backyard, and washer and dryer. The room is furnished with a full sized bed, dresser, and desk or you can certainly bring your own. Within walking distance is a Yes! Organize Market, Safeway, Home Depot, True Value, and other stores. I get around town just fine without a car as the Metro is nearby. There is plenty of un-zoned street parking. The area has a suburban neighborhood feel and is within one mile of Catholic U. I have a 30-pound English Springer Spaniel. Pictures provided upon request and I am also able to show in person and via Skype. Monthly rent includes utilities (land line, wifi, security system, water, gas, electricity, and currently DirecTV).
