FEMALE ONLY. There will be one room available in a 3 brd 2 bath halfplex beginning June/July 2013. We are looking for a responsible female housemate who is easy going, respectful, clean, fun (but still knows what study time means). You would be sharing a full bathroom with 1 other housemate. You will have full access to in-home washer/dryer, all kitchen appliances and area, and living/family room area. All utilities are included in rent as well as cable tv and internet! In all areas that are shared, we do share the cleaning responsibilities, as well as take turns buying supplies we all use (ex: paper towels and dish soap). We have a nice open, fully fenced back yard with new concrete patio, lawn, orange tree, mandarin tree, and grapes. There is also a shed for storage and a covered carport. There are two very well behaved resident medium sized dogs, one being a service dog; so you would have to like dogs or at least be tolerant of them. Only small caged pets allowed, and we may consider allowing another dog in the house; service animals will be considered with proof of certification due to home insurance liabilities. There are also 2 resident Nigerian Dwarf Goats. Please email for more information/pictures or to set up a time to view the room. There is also a possibility that the room can be partially furnished. Ask for more details. No smoking or other drugs allowed anywhere on property. The W-line stop is a 3 minute walk down the street. You are more than welcome to have guests in the house as long as they are courteous to your fellow housemates. We are offering the following lease options: summer sessions only, summer sessions + school year (1-year lease), or school year (1 year lease).
