10.5X 11 foot bedroom, one window facing side of yard near fence. Shares bathroom with 1 other roommate. Hardwood floors, no cable in room but multiple outlets and ceiling lamp. Furniture not included. Home is close to highway 4 and a little more than a mile from downtown, BART, and other places of interest.Rent includes utilities such as PGE, wireless internet, use of public area cable, water, trash. Does not include garage space, but plenty of parking on side street. Public areas are fully furnished including public use of dishes, and laundry machines. Supply own laundry detergent and work with roommates to pay part of toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent etc as need arises. Roommate agreement with 6 month lease to be signed and kept in house. Current occupants are two gay single males, who generally spend week days quietly and work full time jobs, and two friendly but sometimes rambunctious cats. Can't take more pets due to space/territory issues. Prospective renters would meet both roommates and tour home before agreement signed. Preference is a male due to shared living areas. Background/Credit checks requested for those without personal references from friends/acquaintances of current occupants. 200$ deposit to be returned after move out.
