I am a Junior Anthropology student at OU who is more interested in getting a good education than in partying down. I am seeking a roommate(s) somewhat the same, not to say that there are not times for fun and excitement. I have an older house with three bedrooms, and am looking for one or two roommates. Rent is $350 each for two, $275 for three; yes, the landlord raises the house rent if there are three people. Bills average around $150 to $200 depending on the season, split by 2 or 3. Cost to move in would be first month's rent (pro-rated if mid-month), security and utilities deposits (should be refundable at the end). Furniture is sparse, but we are working on that. The house is somewhat typical of student rentals in university towns, I mean, not something out of 'Better Homes and Gardens" :) The house is clean and neat, not fancy. Location is walking distance from campus and one block from bus stop. Lindsey and Classen area. I walk or bike on a daily basis.Don't hesitate to contact and ask questions!
