Looking for someone who likes cats and a calm, peaceful atmosphere. The house is fully furnished and has a large kitchen, (with extra full size freezer, refrigerator, 2 microwaves, juicer, and every kitchen gizmo you could imagine) and bathroom to share. Sunny front bedroom with cable TV and high speed cable internet hook-ups are privately yours. Room has a color TV, desk, dressers, sofa and twin bed, or if you have your own furnishings, can be rented vacant. There is a washer and dryer room located outside near the garage. The yard is enormous with gas grill and completely equipted to entertain or privately sunbathe or lounge on the bench swing during good weather. You would have driveway parking, plus it is non-permit parking on the street.
I am a easygoing, outgoing, mature, quiet, clean, considerate, honest, creative, and drama free female looking for a roommate with the same qualities. There are also friendly, affectionate and well behaved pedigree persian kitties in the household, though they also have a second home they spend time at. It is available now and rent is $850, plus half utilities. A security deposit and $25 credit check fee are required. Not concerned with your credit rating as much as establishing you have a stable and responsible background.
