Two young (mid 20's and early 30's) professional women seeking a 3rd roommate (male or female) in a 3 bedroom/2 bath home on the NW side of Grand Rapids. We live in a gorgeous, clean, spacious duplex home with a lot of room (spacious kitchen, 2 living areas, back deck and yard area) in a great location. Details/requirements below --Details:Move in: June 1st, 2013Deposit: $300.00Rent (due 1st of the month) $400.00Utilities: Currently gas, electric, cable and internet have never exceeded $100/person. In the summer our utilities averaged $40-$50/person. During the winter months approximately $90-$100 person.Requirements:Love animals (there is a dog and cat in the home. . .the dog is obedient/very friendly and the cat is very independent)No drama -- we are both very fun, easy going, outgoing individuals and are seeking the same in a 3rd roommate. We like to have a few drinks at home, go out occasionally, throw dinner parties every couple months, watch Tigers baseball, college football and grill out in the summer. Someone who is social will be ideal.You are clean -- we pick up after ourselves and make sure the house is clean and orderly at all times. A clean home is a happy home :)We would love to meet you first and see how things go! Living with others can be challenging and nearly impossible (let's be honest) if you don't share the same values about living situations.
