There's plenty of room for storage in the apartment itself with extra storage in the basement. Non coin operated laundry can be found in the basement and one parking space is available behind the building. ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED (well, not cable and internet--but everything else is fair game). If you have two cars, there's generally lots of street parking available.Awesome things near the apartment: Willy Street Co-op, Mad Cat pet store, Ground Zero coffeehouse, a plethora of restaurants including Sardine, A Pig in A Fur Coat, Burrito Drive, Madison Sourdough, Weary Traveler, Roman Candle and tons of other adorable little shops and places to eat. It is extremely walk/bikeable in this neighborhood, but not a huge pain in the ass if you own a car.What's the catch? We like to think there isn't one. We love this apartment and we're a little sad to leave it. We're hoping to find someone that will love the apartment and this neighborhood as much as we do.As a bonus, we'll throw in an air conditioner and the window coverings. We don't really need them anymore and we'd like them to go to someone who will use them.Contact us for a showing, we're happy to oblige.
