About the place:Apartment is first class three bedroom two bathroom space in the best area of the marina, quiet but near the action. Located just a few blocks off of Chestnut Street and from the water. The apartment includes a private roof deck off the living room, washer and dryer in unit, and newer appliances with ample space. It has a large living room with lots of natural light and high ceilings. The kitchen space is large and has top amenities. All hardwood floors and granite counter tops. The bedroom available is large and has a lot of windows. Parking is available nearby or on the street. About us:About the roommates:Two other roommates, professional, males, late 20s. Both are new to SF as of September and down to earth. One is from the UK and works in mobile ecommerce tech and the other is from Sacramento/Bay Area and works in software sales with a home office. One roommate has a wonderful golden retriever, who brightens every day. Very well behaved, doesn't bark, or bite. Gets along with everyone and goes running and playing fetch.Both are into sports, gym, Tahoe, outdoors, exploring SF, and are pretty social. Low drama, social drinking, and get along with everyone. We can meet and see if everyone clicks.Please be prepared to show financial stability, credit check, and all the usual lease requirements. The current lease goes until September at which point we have the option to renew or go month to month. Separate parking is available a couple blocks away for extra fee.Landlords are laid back and responsive, private owners.If interested, please email us and we can set up a time to show the place and interview. Looking for a February move in preferably. If you have some furniture, we'll probably have room.Happy hunting.
