I currently live in a two bedroom apartment with one female roommate, and I'm moving to Grand Rapids in December. (One bedroom is for sublease, not both)Its a nice little apartment with a decently large living room-dining room, kitchen and bathroom, LOTS of closet space, plus heat/air conditioning unit in the apartment.It's $325/month, all utilities included, only extra you have to pay is internet/tv if you want. My roommate is very nice, sorta quiet, but super friendly. She does have a cat, so the apartment is pet friendly. I'll be moving out in December, so it will be available by January 1st at the latest, possibly earlier than that as well. Any questions feel free to email me!
