**NOTE: again, if this is unclear, I am posting on behalf of my girlfriend who would rather not compromise her privacy on Facebook. **==============================Subletting 1unfurnished bedroom (2nd floor) in a 3br/2b apartment in Brewer Lane apartments. It is in a small complex - all the residents are UNC students. It is a nice, young, atmosphere! Brewer Lane is right off of West Franklin St! Extremely close to campus. You can walk, bus, or bike (there is a bike lane that takes you to Cameron/directly-to-upper-campus right beside the complex. If you walk the other direction you end up beside Armadillo Grill/Downtown Carrboro!) Rent is $440 a month plus utilities (only electricity and internet/cable, water is included in the rent). Utilities are usually $60 a month for each roommate. Apartment has: washer and dryer dishwasher garbage disposal large closets central heating/cooling extremely awesome location (Bonus: you can also paint your room) Roommates are female. Pets are allowed! -- but there is a fee. The cat in the picture is leaving with my girlfriend. If interested, please contact me and I will direct you to her.
