Pet Policy:
Acceptable pets include domestic cats, fish (50 gallon tank size limited), birds and non-aggressive dogs (sizes of dogs are 30 lbs. or less). The following full or mixed breeds of dogs are not acceptable: Bull Mastiff, Chow-Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Mastiff, Pit Bull and Rottweiler). Exotic pets are not allowed. Prohibited pets include snakes, iguanas, potbelly pigs and rabbits. A pet deposit of $500.00 is required ($250.00 of it is a non-refundable pet fee.) There is a $10 pet rent fee charged per pet per month. No more than two pets per apartment are allowed. All pets are subject to prior approval by management.
