1-2 Rooms available at a great house on Wilson Street, only two blocks from the UWEC campus and bus routes. Nice open front porch, living room, dining room, and kitchen with wood floors, off-street parking, free laundry in the basement. There are three bedrooms upstairs all with new carpet. My room is the smallest, but also the warmest in winter. Rent is $292/month and utilities are split among roommates. I am willing to reduce the rent in order to find a subleaser. Room is available from late December through May 2013. We are also leaving furniture behind (kitchen table, desk, bookshelf) at no cost to you.I have attached the most recent picture I have of the outside of the house, but it looks a little different now since they re-painted and took the screens off the porch.
