I am looking for someone to sublease my one bedroom/ one bath condominium in University Downs. The lease will begin January 2013 through July 2013 (renewal is possible). University Downs is less than 5 minutes from campus! The unit includes:-Granite Countertops-All Wood Cabinetry-Stainless Steel Appliances-Crown Moulding-Washer/Dryer-Hardwood & Ceramic Tile Flooring-Balcony with a storage closet -Garbage pick up at your front door (multiple times a week) The rent is $815 with water included (and the door service trash pickup) and if you have a pet rent is $830. Cable and Electric must be purchased through Alabama Power and Comcast. My bills have never been over $65 for either of those companies. The unit is surrounded by great neighbors...they're never loud or inconsiderate! There are security guards that walk around and patrol the gated complex. The clubhouse, which is only a few steps away, includes 2 pools, workout facility, internet/computer room, gaming tables, and a luxury "movie" room. (IF you do have a pet there is plenty of walking areas and open grass to play!)
