The lease is for 1 bedroom and 1 bath in a 4 bedroom/4 bath apartment in The Courtyard Student Apartments which is within walking distance of the University of Michigan’s North Campus. The lease will be from the beginning of May 2013 until the end of August 2013. Since I have renewed my lease, you will not have to move out August 4 like others. Move-in and move-out dates are flexible. My other roommates will also be looking for someone to sublet theirs so if you have friends and want to live together this summer this may be convenient.For $575 (normally $739) you will have an individual lease, which includes all utilities. This is an extra large bedroom with an attached bathroom and the large vaulted ceilings (20 ft). It is located on the 4th floor of the center building. Each bedroom has an individual lock and comes fully furnished with a Full size bed, desk and chair, end table, and dresser. The shared living space is also fully furnished with couch, chairs, and tables. WiFi and cable are included.Since I am renewing I will leave my TV and kitchen items (plates, pans, silverware, bowls, mixer, etc). If you play piano, I can also leave my piano for your enjoyment.
