There is an electric bill every month but it usually is only $50 per person. The apartment is very conveniently located in North Charlotte/bordering Huntersville with easy access to I-485 and I-77. It is very easy to do all the shopping you want around the area because SuperTarget and Northlake Mall are about a mile away from the complex. You will have to do a background check and papers but the lease runs till the end of June.
