One bedroom available for subletting from January 2013- Aug 2013 in a three bedroom apartment in a house with two other girls. We prefer a female who is seeking to stay for that period of time but would be open to coordinate other arrangements. The apartment is located on central campus, conveniently only 3 blocks away from the Ross School of Business and only a five minute walk to the IM Building (gym)! (The apt is on East University and Vaughn) The bedroom itself will be furnished with a dresser, a leather loft chair, a mirror and possibly a futon. There is a "walk in" closet area across from the bedroom that is well more than enough to hang all your clothes.The apartment itself is furnished, with a nice cozy living room, bathroom, kitchen and mini balcony. We already have plenty of pots, plates, pans, a microwave, toaster, and blender to use. Of course if you like to contribute, please feel free to do so! The flat rate of $500 monthly includes ALL UTILITIES (electricity, heat, water, and internet) as well as unlimited usage of LAUNDRY and DRYER located on the premise. If the subletter decides to stay for the Spring and Summer term she will be able to move to the downstairs bedroom which is significantly bigger and nicely furnished for just an extra 50 dollars (total of $550).We are seeking a quiet, chill, and laid back person.
