I am subletting a bedroom in my two-bedroom apartment from January 1 - 31.Your bedroom is a very well lit 12 x 7 room with a comfortable queen-sized bed and its own closet. There is decent sized living room and large balcony that has views of the Brooklyn Museum, all of south Brooklyn and even New Jersey. My apartment is on the top floor of a 14-story building, faces south and is very well maintained, safe, quiet and clean. You are welcome to use the apartment to chill out, sleep, cook, have friends over or do whatever you want.I am a working professional who likes to keep the apartment clean and quiet at night. Ideally, you would be the same. I love to cook and you are welcome to use the kitchen but I am vegetarian and would ask that you not cook meat while you stay here. I have a medium-sized, very friendly dog. She is housebroken and will not bother you or your stuff.
