I have 2 lovely female roommates who may be here over the summer as well. The neighborhood entrance is just a minute away from the loop and the Athens bus line also comes through the neighborhood frequently. Just steps outside of the back door are several grills, gazebos, a basketball court with night lighting, and also a sand volleyball court! This is the BEST price for such a new and spacious apartment! (Dogs and cats are allowed; however, you will have to pay a non-refundable deposit.)
