This is a beautiful little apartment located 5 minutes (1.5 miles) from UCF and University Boulevard. It is located right off of Lokanotosa trail on a quiet two lane road within walking distance of a Walgreens.

The apartment is shared with three other girls and it offers individual leases. The cost is $589.00 and that includes water, sewer, trash pick up, internet, cable, and a $120.00 cap on the electricity (that is rarely ever passed). The bedroom is the farthest one back in the apartment meaning it is the quietest and the one with the largest bathroom. The bedroom has a walk in closet and a private bathroom inside of the room. Prior to your move in the room will be painted, everything will be cleaned, the carpets will be steam cleaned. The furniture within the living room includes a full size bed, a brand new desk, a four-drawer dresser and a two-drawer night stand. The common area of the apartment is equipped with a fully furnished kitchen, washer and dryer, and a fully furnished living room. The other girls living in the apartment are absolute sweethearts, are serious about their studies, like to have a good time, and try to keep things pretty clean.

The Village at Alafaya Club offers shuttle transportation every 15 minutes to and from campus. There is also a gym with all new equipment, a nice pool and bbq deck, volleyball and basketball courts, and a fantastic maintenance team! This particular apartment is located at the very front of the complex making it a 15 second walk to the shuttle, the office, the pool, and the volleyball court. However, the room is facing the forest making it impossible for any noise from the pool to be heard in the room.

This is an absolutely amazing place to live! It will definitely be available at the very beginning of May, but if a different move in date is needed that date can be negotiated. The lease will last until August 1st. If you have any questions or are have any interest please send me a message.
