My second year doing this and last years guests left nothing but high praise and accolades and repeat bookings for this year. Starting November thru May, You get the entire 2nd floor, 781, sq ft, 1 bedroom condo with a King size bed made from 2 pillow top XLtwins with bed bridge and extra padding, with TV and Apple Computer. Wired and wireless high speed internet, even at pool side. Let me know if I need to split the beds up before you some. Bath with tub and shower, hair dryer, towels for pool too, Living room with 2 big couches., extra linens for couch sleepers or up 2 guests. Plus a 42" flat screen with SAT-TV, with all the premium channels, Netflix, a surround sound system with iPod input, periodicals from all over, plus the Arizona Highways magazines make for a pleasant stay. Living room and patio over look the main heated pool and jacuzzi with fountains and palm trees, with frequent hummingbird visits, down the steps and seconds away to the pool area. Kitchen is fully equipped, pots, pans utensils, coffee maker, microwave, stove, frig with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher. In unit washer and dryer. Complex has pool table, fully equipped gym, computer room with 3 computers, printer with free faxing in and out. Outdoor BBQ and fireplace by pool. 15 minutes to the Biltmore Fashion Park with Saks 5th Ave, Macys, Apple store, Cheesecake Factory and lots more eating and shopping. 30 minutes to Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall, SF Giants Spring Training Stadium, 9 block walk to the Light Rail which goes to Tempe, ASU, Sky harbor Airport and downtown Phoenix, Chase Field, convention Center etc. Lots of eclectic restaurants within walking and quick drive distance. You are going to need the work out room. $490.00 per week, $1,800.00 per month, not including $75.00 cleaning fee,
