I am looking for a female roommate who can take over my brother's lease here at Campus Lodge for ASAP-July 31 2013 and FEBRUARY RENT WILL BE PAID IN FULL. I will also be subleasing my room for the summer so if you have a friend you would like to stay with from MAY-JULY that can also be arranged. This is a 2 bed/2 bath apt so the all inclusive rent is $529/month. Rent Includes: Individual lease for each resident, Fully furnished with queen-size beds, dresser, computer desk with chair and ceiling fan, Couch, two chairs, a coffee table and entertainment center. Dining room table, two chairs and bar stools. All utilities included with $40 cap per lease Internet access in each apartment. Basic cable with HBO and HBO2. Full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, garbage disposal, dishwasher and microwave. Private full-size washer and dryer in each unit Amenities Include: Basketball Court, Bus Route, Car Wash Area, Common Area WiFi Access, Computer Lab & Printing Services, Courtesy Officers, Extended Basic Cable, Fitness Center, Free Parking for Residents/Guests, Gated Community, Maintenance 24/7, Picnic Area with Community Grills, Private Laundry, Resident Common Area/Lounge, Resident Events, Sparkling Pool, Study/Meeting Rooms, Tanning Domes Other Information: The showers have awesome water pressure.
