Housemates are usually very quiet, busy with own work, in their 20s/30s, have full-time jobs, coffee lovers, don't smoke, friendly, usually keep to themselves, enjoys reading and gardening, very tidy, and study for graduate programs at night. The floor plan offers privacy and a beautiful elegant atmosphere. It is a very quiet living environment with few guests. It is not a social party house, so needing a quiet responsible career-oriented person who doesn't bring the party home. A full-time professional who has night classes and needs to study might be an ideal match, though it's not necessary to be a student. I am wanting a friendly, pleasant, clean/tidy housemate who enjoys a quiet, private, tranquil, and nice home. Needs to be quiet, tidy, pays on time, and clean Non-Smoker. Roommate's age isn't important, just looking for quiet, clean person with own normal job and car. No Drugs, No Overnight Guests, No Pets, No Drama.Short-term or long-term ok.
