Winchester is a suburb of Roseburg. We are positioned on the Umpqua River, directly across from Amacher state park. In Amacher there are excellent walking paths for your daily exercise. You will find a deli, post office, convenience store lounge beauty salon and restaurant located one block south. Directly north, after crossing the historic booth bridge, Umpqua Community College is a quick bike ride away. If you are a full time student, a worker being retrained. Or a hobbyist taking community education classes, UCC is an excellent college. A clean access-restricted swimming hole under the dam and fish ladder is yours to use during our hot summer months. Fishing boats launch all year, and inner tubes launch in the summer, across the street at the boat ramp. Umpqua Transit operates along Stephens street . This makes Roseburg proper readily available For our non-drivers and the V A accessible to our veterans River's Edge does not have an age limit for your R V, We do require your rig to be in good shape . We do not require an application fee but we do screen our tenants carefully. We have limited capacity for Pets.
