Quiet and country, and great for stargazing, going green, privacy and peace of mind.Both Bedrooms are adjoining and connected to each other.Renters only - Please call Bob (owner) at 631-682-XXXX for more information and viewing.Both bedrooms are carpeted and have additional sleeping or storage lofts and walk-in closets in each bedroom.There are cedar ceilings and ceiling fans throughout.Large 10' x 14' Deck with gate.Bathroom with shower stall, toilet, medicine cabinet, mirrors, shelving, cabinet space and washer and dryer.Large carpeted living room with shelving.Eat in Kitchen with cabinets and shelf space, a food pantry, dishwasher, refrigerator, and through the wall air conditioner.Appliances: Washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, in wall air conditioner, gas stove and gas oven.Forced hot air ducted oil heat.Propane fueled hot water and stove / oven.Designated parking on premises. Two cars maxium. Park in designated spots only.No Section 8, no DSS, no subsidized housing of any kind. This apartment is not certified by the state or county for this type of rental.Apartment is capable of supporting one to three people safely, and not really suitable for young children due to being on the second floor, and proximity of horses, dogs and wildlife. Renters insurance is mandatory with children. Landlord will consider only on these terms.No smoking, no pets, no drug use, no hunting (here), no fireworks.No loud noise, no parties, no large gatherings of people, no extended family (unless permitted by Landlord).I am open to suggestions, and the pets and children can be discussed when we meet and modified at the Landlord's discretion.Occupancy by tenants only. No extended family or friends. Visitors and noise must be kept to a minimum, and tenants must respect all governmental and local laws as well as the rules made by the Landlord in the lease.Tenants must carry renter's insurance and sign one year lease with Landlord.$1,600.00 cash security deposit due upon moving in.$1,400.00 cash rent due on the 1st of the month upon moving in.Rent, security deposit and payment of utilities are firm and non negotiable.Tenant pays following utilities in their name: electric (separate meter).Tenant also pays 1/2 propane (stove, oven and hot water), 1/2 oil for hot air heat, 1/2 Verizon cable each month.There are horses, rottweilers, chickens, a roosters, etc. and real wildlife (raccoons, possum, fox, hawk, snakes, tortoise, deer, turkey, rats, etc.) here and we live with them in harmony. If you do not love these as well as trees, wildlife, insects and spiders, going green, very dark nights and some mud after rain or snow plus the occasional smell of horses and manure, it's just not a good fit for you.Horses, our pets and wildlife are not to be approached unless Landlord permits same.If you like courteous respectful people, peace and quiet, privacy, wildlife, stargazing, going green, wildlife and our pet companions, please call.
