Hello! We are 3 students at the University of Kansas looking for 1-2 subleasers for the Spring 2024 semester and possibly into the Summer. Two of the current roommates will be studying abroad at this time and would like the rooms occupied. We would prefer to have a KU student living here with us. We currently have a cat and other animals are welcome but there is a pet fee unless they are a certified support animal. Our house is very spacious with cool architecture, great decoration and amenities. We live in a cul de sac that is occupied by only KU students and we are all very laid back. As long as youre respectful of your roommates and space, that really is all that we ask. The earliest move in date could potentially be 1/1/2024 but the preferred date is 1/10/2024.
