I am looking for a roommate for 6 months for a start date of June 1st. It is a great home in Steilacoom, walking distance to the water and beautiful views of the Puget Sound. It is conveniently located to restaurants and shopping centers and a couple are in walking distance. You will get a parking pass for the beach and can be assured that it is a safe neighborhood with lots of places to walk/hike and even kayak. It is a roomy house, 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, living room and garage. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with a front and back yard. The backyard has a small patio to sit out and it is lined with trees and blackberry bushes for privacy. Pictures of the bedroom, kitchen and living room are included below. There is ample closet space and a garage for some storage. I am a professional woman in my 30s and I work from a home office. I am friendly, social and pretty active/like doing stuff outdoors. I prefer a female, non-smoker. If you do smoke you just can't smoke in the house per the landlords request. I am hoping that the person will be clean and neat and share basic household chores. The landlord is very helpful and accommodating but not intrusive and prefers no pets. I currently have the place furnished; however, we can discuss if have furniture you would like to bring in.
