DescriptionAre you looking for a nice, safe, conveniently located home in which to rent a room? Want it to be drama free? Kitchen priviledges? Laundry priviledges? View of a creek? Outside area for entertaining? Friendly to gays, straights and bis? Then I have the place for you. Nice 15 x 17 bedroom with private bath and lots of storage area. Use of the home except or private bedrooms. I am a retired male with far too much house for just me and the cat. I am open to renting to responsible students all the way to responsible retirees. Will also consider short term rentals for those moving into town and want a place to stay while they adjust to a new job and learn the area. I am very convenient to both University of South alabama and Springhill College. Tennis courts, golf course, frisbee golf, art museum, botanical gardens, walking park, and fishing all within walking distance.
