You will also have to apply for the apartment as this is not a sublet. The property doesn't cover electric so we'd have to pay that monthly. Who I'm looking for: Honestly I'm fine with anyone. I don't have many pet peeves when it comes to roommates as long as you aren't like jammin out at 3am through speakers we'll be cool. About me: I'm a 19 year old guy. I'm pretty clean and quiet, but I do spend a good amount of my time at home. I cook most of my own meals so I do use the kitchen a bit, but I can usually make room if you'd wanna make something at the same time.
