It has an open floor plan with lots of light, a wonderful backyard deck and space in the front yard as well for having your morning coffee or soaking up the sun. The kitchen itself is modern and exceptionally well stocked, with filtered water, vegetable and citrus juicers, blender, rice cooker, friendly knives, portable Bose stereo, and the list goes on. The master bedroom features a California King bed that is extremely comfy, while the second bedroom is set up as a home office and includes a foldout standard sized sofa bed. There are bar stools with back supports for lounging at the kitchen bar, a nice sofa in the living room for reading, sleeping and watching television, and laundry. We subscribe to You Tube TV and are happy to share our subscription. If youre unfamiliar with Temescal, youll love how well its situated. Our house is a short walk to Mac Arthur Bar, and the restaurants and shops on Telegraph and Piedmont, the Whole Foods on 51st Street, and lots more.
