I have lived at Casa del Sol apartments since August 17th, 2023. I plan on subletting for the summer to return to my hometown for. My roommate is also returning home with me, so we are subleasing the entire unit. As an engineering student, the location is great; it is only a two-block walk to campus. Its also at Northgate, which gives it easy access to nightlife. Additionally, the Methodist, Mosque, and friendlychurches are within walking distance. The lease is up for renewal on August 31st, 2024. My roommate and I do not plan to move back in once we move out. Compared to other nearby apartments, it is far more affordable. Since our contract has a rent price of $975, you do not have to pay the current rent of $1050 for a new tenant. Some perks about subleasing from my roommate and I are a free dining table set with four chairs and a new central air system installed last fall. Please do not hesitate to contact me!
