I am looking for someone that likes to keep to self, clean, respectful and works full time. You must like dogs as there is a high chance you will be encountering them from time to time. I have 2 teens and a 7 year old, they are aware of the rules of being respectful and I expect the same in return to them. The teens are upstairs and my younger child and I will be in the basement where the room for rent is. The monthly rent is $650 a month and that is for 1 person as this is only a 1 bedroom. There is a damage deposit of 200 dollars as well. Move in as of October 1st with first, last month s rent and damage deposit. I am a single mother of 3 children who is looking to rent a room out in my home. I will be doing a background check on potential renters. I do also have 2 X large dogs; I will do my best to keep them away as I have lots of gates and doors to help with that. There is a fenced back yard and I am open to a FRIENDLY dog. It will be shared kitchen, laundry and bathroom. There is a bathroom downstairs and upstairs. There is room for parking in the driveway for 1 vehicle. Utilities are included, there is no cable. No drugs, smoking is allowed outside and no excessive alcohol use. It is usually quiet after 10 pm during the week (weekend is negotiable). I am located close to freeways (94, 610, and 694,169)
