This includes wireless high speed internet and HD Satellite TV. I do require the following for any potential roommates: 1. Proof of Identity 2. Proof of income 3. Pass background check (at my cost) 4. Sign month-to-month rental agreement Potential roommate will be occupying the house with myself, a professional gay male and small business owner. Very laid back and fun loving personality. I have one small dog that is very well trained but due to my landlords requirement, I can not have any more pets.
