Have Dog(s) Great big dog lover You have no dog ...Hey I like Humans Too..LOL Close to many freeways ...Very super close to Hwy17/880 & Hwy 85 4 miles from Hwy 280 & 7 miles from Hwy 101 There are these 2 Gentleman and one very gorgeous, beautiful, Wonderful Lady, This would be me, LOL THIS HOME I THINK YOU WILL AGREE IS SOOO COLORFUL! One room available in this four bedroom Home in Campbell, CA. And, If you own a dog or two this is a dogs home! I have two dogs which both like to play with other dogs! All are welcome any age/race/faith...please only non-smoker Excellent friendly neighborhood, home close to Winchester Blvd. and W. Sunnyoaks Ave, Right on the border of Los Gatos and Campbell....1 mile to Light Rail, also 1 mile to Safeway & Nob hill Super Markets....... And so close to the famous... LOS GATOS CREEK TRAIL!...(about a mile away)!!!(walking/hiking/running anyone! Hey you can even do the ...Hop/Skip & jump, or try some new break dancing moves). LOL. house Ages are 50-62 and we are all young at heart, very considerate, And, At the home we basically keep to ourselves, In our own bedrooms. And at times the home may not be so quiet, (T.V. playing loud, Though, It is quiet for the most part). Or may be get dusty (blame it on the dogs right...Ha)( or dirty will just blame it on the new comer...ok)? LOOKING FOR........... a person that is working a full time Job and who receives a paycheck outside the home, no self employed, retired, or persons who work at home. A person that keeps to him or herself..(in his/her bedroom, would be ideal...it is like you are living by yourself, And do not have to feel like you must entertain your roommates.). Must not smoke cigs/vapor or pot. THE HOME......... has a huge back yard with built-in BBQ, covered patio, ceiling fan, small pond, all the neighborhood birds come to drink, since it is on from morning to night,(has a pleasant, soothing sound) fruit trees and flag stone(we will be employing a landscaper Later to put in stamped cement, hills and dells, huge pond with Coe fish, and some decks). but now it is just earth. (well dogs love earth). This home has a lot of bright colors! Very UNIQUE!....different from the "safe" Beige color that you normally see! Unusual classy d cor, I believe you will really like it, Inside we have beautiful Hardwood floors, double paned windows, smooth top stove, Filtered ice and water in fridge door, washer & dyer for your use, there is installation even in the WALLS (that new foam stuff), New roof, Even new copper pipes!...................................(your hot water will come on in SEVEN SECONDS!) YOUR ROOM.............................has an almost new, "breath taking", Regal high class pattern very soft Carpet! one wall is wood paneling and one wall has a large hanging cabinet (you may put what you like there). Closet has no sliding closet doors of the old style ...instant room space enlarged!. has many hanging hooks I will embellished the closet with a gorgeous flowing Antique pattern, heavy style material curtain. Unusual again! And to top it off a beautiful ceiling fan Your room size is 10x9 . Can fit a lot of furniture(no, Really!).There is furniture in the room currently, So you may see how much really will fit! IF YOU OWN A DOG OR TWO.........................Excellent! We are all dog lovers...This is a dog home! (don't tell the bird though!) Ooh I also own a bird.....If you own a dog must be a NON-ALPHA MINDED DOG........non-aggressive / non-dominate and must be potty trained. .
