Hub on Campus is a modern designed apartment with so many amenities. The apartment includes full size washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, quartz stone counters, walk-in closet, Bluetooth shower head speaker, black out shades and more. This particular apartment is a balcony on the 3rd floor with the views of the forest and pond (no obnoxious street noise!). This is an all girls apartment by the way. The roommates are super friendly, quiet, mind their own business, and keep everything looking neat. One of them has a cute kitten also. Parking spot is on the 2nd floor of the parking garage and literally right next to the elevator. Takes less than seconds to get from your car to your apartment! All doors and entry ways are opened with a key fob and the 1st floor is where all the mailboxes are. This specific unit costs $819 which is discounted!! If you go in the leasing site, it would cost you $864. The rooms are a decent size and the bathroom is very spacious. This bedroom in particular actually has two windows, which make the room super bright with natural light. It is also significantly bigger than the other bedrooms in the unit. The bedroom comes with a full size bed and the apartment is fully furnished. It is pet friendly and you do not have to be a student to lease here. All utilities are included except electricity which is divided amongst everyone. The hub always does activities like yoga, canvas painting, smoothies, and more, just check their Instagram for events! They have a super nice gym with a yoga room included. There is also a sauna, tanning bed, hot tub, and a resort style pool. They also have a study room and many couches that a lot of students like to study at in the lobby. They also have a game room as well. They also have maintenance whenever you need them. Literally if you have a problem they can fix it the same day or the next day in the morning. The hub is pretty sweet, I m just looking to move with my boyfriend somewhere.
