I am looking to sublet my bedroom at the Yorktown Apartments starting December 1st, 2019 through July, 31st, 2020. It's a 2 bedroom unit (urban styled unit). I have 1 roommate. It has 2 separate bathrooms (1 shared shower) but it's really nice having your own individual bathroom. We have an in unit washer/dryer. The rent is split so I pay exactly $650.75. I pay an additional $57 for our wifi/utilities making my total monthly payment roughly $707. We also have a covered garage which is great for parking and storage!
