I would like to sublease/relet my apartment for the last two months of my lease (June 1st and July 31st 2019). I am in a two bedroom apartment but I am only in one of the two bedrooms. My bedroom has a walk-in closet as well as a huge full bathroom. I am willingly to move out in May (around the 25th) if someone was interested in moving in a little earlier. Mountain Valley is located about 5 minutes from the Evansdale campus and about 14-15 minutes from the Downtown campus. If you do not drive it is okay because the complex has an amazing shuttle bus that stops at all the major parts of campus in Morgantown. ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED so you would only be paying $605 per month (although their is a $75 electricity cap). It comes with an air conditioning unit, cable and internet, ceiling fans, dishwasher and microwave, huge walk-in closets, washer and dryer in unit and a refrigerator. All leases are individual (per bedroom) so you are not responsible for the person in the other room. There is also a clubhouse with computers for free printing, pool tables and free coffee. The complex is pet friendly, and has a really help maintenance staff. There is a full size gym and 24 hour fitness center along with tanning beds. They also have a pool area.
