I need someone to take over a lease for the year 2019-2020. The lease begins July 2nd 2019 and ends July 2nd 2020. It is a very nice and clean 2 bedroom apartment with no roommate. I am only leasing my one apartment even though the other apartment is empty as well. The apartment has a balcony and the view is really nice. The unit comes with its own washer and dryer. Parking is open so there are no assigned parking spots. I will be graduating in May and will more than likely be out of the apartment officially the beginning of June so if you would like to move in a month earlier, that can work.
