Hello, My name is Ms. Debra Mitchell.. I'm a disabled retired senior desiring to live on a lake property or near a lake in Henderson or Lake Las Vegas, NV. I have been on the Section 8 Rental Housing Assistance Programs on-off since 2001. I'm a former employee for the state, federal and a former law clerk for a major corporation in MI. I had a spinal cord injury at six months old and have had many spine surgeries and other surgeries that stopped me from working. My desires for May 2019 or May 2020 are to be in a mobile home or cottage like home on or near the Las Vegas lake or Henderson NV. The rent amounts are at this time are $791/mo and not known at this time for May 2020. I'm living in Ann Arbor/ Pittsfield Twp, MI. I was born and raised in MI as well as my 8 adult children and 14 soon to be grandchildren. Please only serious contact's. Also my son's are going to be helping me find my house so please contact and if you don't mind scheduling on their day off mostly on some weekends. I'm posting now because I've been told November 12,2018 by my apartment management their not sure if the owner will participate with the programs next year or in the future. Most of my adult children with my grandchildren will also be moving out of state. my mother passed away in April 2018 so things just aren't the same for our five generation family. My mother was the last of her seven siblings and of her generation. I'll also be in of a room, mother in-law just something very inexpensive for about a month while I'm doing paperwork and looking for my long term house. I don't smoke, drink and chronically allergic to cats. Looking to be near churches, stores, hospitals and even a shopping mall if possible. Please only serious responses!
